Being someone who eats a lot, my mom thought that I should at least know how to cook so she took me to a summer cooking class. And the first dish that I learned to cook? It’s what they call Smoked Ham, Gruyere, and Caramelized Onion Frittata. My mom simply loved it! To know exactly how to cook this perfect dish, here are the ingredients to prepare:

8 extra-large eggs

2 tablespoons heavy cream

1 cup grated Gruyere cheese

1 small onion, diced
