One of the most versatile and common tropical fruits that are used by people is the Avocado. This fruit is also called an Alligator Pear. It contains many of the vitamins and nutrients that a body needs and also provides many benefits when used in creams and ointments.

Avocados contain an array of vitamins and minerals. They are known to reduce the incidents of heart attack and some types of cancers. They are also used very often in remedies and treatments involving skin care and treatment.

Another tropical fruit used widely, but not as well known to the general public is the Acai berry. This fruit is used in night cream because of its ability to ability to repair skin damage. It contains antioxidants, vitamins and other minerals that help the skin. Many manufacturers buy Acai berry to be used in creams, lotions, and other types of treatments requiring both antioxidants and vitamins. As the popularity of the Acai berry has grown beauty perfume manufacturers have begun to use it in facial lotions to both provide the trace minerals that are in the berry and for it’s wonderful aroma.

Fiber-rich food is the best nutrition for dieting

In this article I will reveal some little known facts about the fibers and the beneficial effect they have over your body. First of all let me explain what fiber is? Fiber is an indigestible part of all plant foods. It is found in fruits, vegetables, grains and beans. Your digestive system cannot stomach fiber, so it is excreted undigested. Well, you may think you don’t  need fiber, because it’s excreted undigested, but that’s not true. Let’s imagine the following picture: You overeat at least once or twice a week, more often at weekends, and your regular menu doesn’t include much fiber. Well, this might be your life style; however you should consider that it may cause you lots of health problems like:  indigestion  discomfort stomach aches gases in the digestive tract constipation  hemorrhoids  you got tired faster  can’t concentrate on what you’re doing  I mean you become less productive at work and more irritable at home. Eat More Veggies. Eat More Fruit. Get Healthy–Really?

While it is common to see scientific studies on how health can be improved by using certain, particular supplements of vitamins and minerals it is not the same for the real McCoy.  How true? Ask yourself and do a goggle search (or a PUB Med or any advanced search of scientific articles) about how many times you see a study–any study–on a particular fruit or vegetable that comes out proving some health improvement. Not a group, but a particular fruit or vegetable. And proof of health, not disease (this is an important distinction). We are talking about real science here not just made up stuff from some science nut or health nut. And we are talking about real fruits and vegetables like a particular apple or broccoli as opposed to a group of fruits or vegetables. In other words we are talking about something very concrete and not at all abstract–this is where real scientific study comes in very handy: such study is not abstract or it is not science. And, importantly, if I can prove it and you cannot, it is not scientifically provable. Period. How many? Which vegetable? Which fruit? There are plenty of promoters of eating fresh fruits and vegetables and many of them provide solid credentials like the Harvard, Tufts, Eat 5 a day, and so on (for a really good goggle search try vegetables and health or fruits and health). 

For example, the Harvard site cites the latest dietary guidelines that, “call for five to thirteen servings of fruits and vegetables a day, depending on one’s caloric intake. For a person who needs 2,000 calories a day to maintain weight and health, this translates into nine servings, or 4½ cups per day.” The citation for this is The USDA, the U.S. Department of Agriculture. It is a helpful abstraction but not a particular guide to particular fruits and vegetables and how they can promote your health. But most of what these prestigious institutions promote is air–no scientific studies demonstrating the health effects of a single fruit or vegetable could be found on the Harvard site, not one. True, it’s nice air, but air nevertheless. Now we are not talking about the genuine research on fruits and vegetables like this one listed in Pub Med, “Electron beam and gamma irradiation effectively reduce Listeria monocytogenes populations on chopped romaine lettuce”, (J Food Prot. 2006 Mar;69(3):570-4, for those who need to know) .

How To Get A Fit Body And Live A Healthy Life?

The other way to have those ripped muscles is to have a good and healthy diet. Add lots of raw fruits and vegetables. Adding lots of nutritious food is the only good way to build your muscles. The reason is that, raw vegetables and fruits have natural fat, which doesn’t harm you.

All you need to do is eat healthy and cut down on junk food; you can try replacing potato chips and chocolates with fruits, your favorite soda drinks with a glass of lemonade or fruit juice. I can assure you that you’ll see a world of difference in due time.

If you want to have a fit body I am sure like many other people you might also be searching for information on how to get big ripped muscles. To get great ripped muscles you do not necessarily need to go on a starvation diet and hurt your body - you just need to tone them and burn some fat around.

Most of the people believe that ‘high reps’ shape the muscle and that ‘low reps’ build muscle, which isn’t true. You need to lose fat and then tone your muscles. Most of the gym rats believe that the right fitness equipment weight can make give them their desired look. However, lifting weights tone up your muscles somewhat can assist in losing fat long after your weight lifting sessions are over, but it isn’t the main way to lose fat.

The next question would be how to lose fat? You will probably not be able to stand eating tiny meals multiple times during the day, plus it isn’t really practical. Try eating 3-4 times a day but keep your calorie intake to a moderate level each time.

Also your time spent with those heavy weights is not going to help you a lot. What is going to help you is a good cardio exercise routine because cardio exercises help you burn fat whereas weight lifting will tone your muscles.

You’ll want to spend two thirds of your workout time devoted to cardio exercises as this will help burn fat effectively. If you really desire for a six pack and a neatly defined body then cardio exercises are more important than lifting weights alone. I would say if you spend an hour to work out then give 40 minutes to cardio and 20 minutes to weight lifting. This is the only reason that very few guys have good muscle definition in most gyms. It really does not take much of weight lifting to maintain the muscle you currently have and the cardio is going to strip away the fat and make your muscle look much better.
