The most important appliance in the home, when it comes to nutrition, is a juicing machine. The juicing machine will become a source of vitamins and minerals for the entire family. An added bonus is all the fun you and your family can have juicing. Juicers are a fountain of youth that dispense so many flavors that it will be possible to convert the soda pop addicts. A good juicer can become a medicine chest and a personal drug store. There is no other kitchen appliance that can contribute to your well-being and health like the juicer can.

There is a wide variety of juicers available on the market today, but remember they are not all made equally. A good juicer will cost around $200. Usually made as a part of a small appliance line by a big manufacturer most juicing machines available for under $100 are more than likely to weak to properly juice vegetables and fruits in a way that effectively releases their nutrients. A better juicing product will usually come from a company that specializes in juicing alone.

What to Look for In a Juicer

The first thing you need to consider is the ability of the juicer to extract nutrients. You will probably need to spend some time doing some research in order to determine which form of extraction will meet your needs.

Ease of clean-up and convenience of operation are other important considerations. If your juicer  is difficult to use or hard to clean, you probably won’t use it very often. To receive therapy from juicing it must be practiced on a steady basis.

And finally, there are the practical considerations of the juicers size, the available amount of counter space and again the price. The price, sadly, may be the final deciding factor. What a person should really should wonder is “Is this juicer going to be one I’ll use every day?”
