Healthy food is needed by anyone from young people to old age, from woman to man, from housewife to businessman all require healthy foods, especially those who are sick or pregnant mothers.

Women who are pregnant need healthy food not only for herself but also for fetal growth and development of infants in her body in order to grow and develop completely so mother and baby escaped from a variety of diseases, and to get the maximum result from the consumption of healthy foods and there are various ways to keep in mind at the time a pregnant mother

1. Do not Diet

3. Water
Water is required by the physical body; either on pregnancy or not pregnant all the people require enough water to continue body healthy and strong. And when the pregnant mother had better eat sufficiency water for liquids required to construct red blood cells to the amniotic fluid circulation scheme. Additionally water may overcome constipation and determine body temperature stayed normal.

4. Fiber
Try to avoid the trouble of constipation on pregnancy, so pregnant woman require consume many high-fiber foods, fruits, and vegetables.

5. Stop to eat foods that are life-threatening
During pregnancy to avoid all types of food that make dangerous the body for pregnant mothers and newborn babies in the womb there, kind of a poor foods during pregnancy are raw meat, raw eggs, alcoholic beverages, beverages that contain caffeine, milk without pasteurization, cigarettes and others.
